Live & Upcoming

Projects we’re self-initiating, self-funding, and producing because we deem them essential for the common good. These are our rich opportunities to test-drive new approaches, tools, and perspectives directly in the field.

A traveling practice of experimental, participatory food research that explores what it tastes, looks, and feels like to live in a society where tradition is no longer used for ‘othering’ people but to generate new, exciting, multicultural experiences.

  • Can we foster a more inclusive society by normalizing new flavors?

  • What if taste could be the key to non-polarizing, transformative cultural conversations?

  • What if we all had the authority to define what is traditional and what is not? What is exotic or authentic?

  • How can we better recognize that most of our ‘traditional’ ingredients are ‘alien’, grown and made by ‘aliens’? How can we embrace more of the heritage of the migrant & Diasporic people living with us today?

  • What does a post-traditional, creolized Italian cuisine taste like?

An international videoart festival in dialogue with the fishing community in Chioggia.

A community practice to help fishers see themselves with new eyes, and imagine new ways to take care of themselves and the environment they depend on. A poetic moment to explore the subtle bond that unites people who live on islands at all latitudes, in deep interdependency with water bodies.

A restorative retreat for artists and cultural agents of all kinds.

A way to build a spontaneous community around the need to rest, recharge, and replenish after intense seasons of creation. A temporary communal living project in partnership with a non-profit summer camp in the Venetian lagoon. A time to explore nature, discover new sources of inspiration, meet fellow cultural agents, and rejoice over food and life stories. After a successful first edition in 2024, it is becoming a yearly tradition.
